Shipping policy
Singapore
- Estimated delivery time 3-6 Business Day (except weekends, public holidays )
- We take 1-2 working days to process your orders and pack them before they're ready to pick up by our delivery partner.
- We are closed on Weekends and Public holidays .
- Free standard delivery (Singpost) on all orders above S$50.
- For any purchases below S$50, a delivery fee of S$2.9 will be charged.
- We currently provide free local delivery for purchases above S$50. Kindly ensure that full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of S$4.50 will apply if parcel is returned.
- All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
- Please note that free local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.
Pre-order shipping
- For pre-order items, we will dispatch it only after the fulfillment of all products stated in your order.
- Pre-order Delivery will take 2-3 weeks from Korea to reach you.
- Pre-order item shippings are only for Singapore .
- We're still in the process of setting up the process for International orders.
Malaysia - 4~11 Business Day Delivery
Certain locations in Malaysia are restricted for delivery due to the extended MCO. For the affected areas, we will dispatch your orders as soon as the restriction is lifted.

- $5 flat rate for orders below S$100
- 3-11 business day delivery(West M'sia 3 - 6 business days. East M'sia 5-11 business days)
- Minimum Purchase S$20
